Delivery charges

All delivery charges are in Australian Dollars.
All charges are current as of April the 20th 2008 and may change without notice.

Shipping

If an item is delivered to the wrong address due to your checkout information not being correct, then it is your responsibility to pay for all relevant charges of recovering the lost parcel. If the package is unrecoverable, then it is your responsibility to pay for any fees or charges that may have occurred. Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories & Australia Post will not be held liable to refund any amount of monies paid for any packages delivered to the wrong address, due to the customer giving the wrong information on the checkout page. Registered post is available & covers insurance against loss or damage.

Australian Orders

All Australian parcels are delivered via Australia Post parcel post.
Delivery may take between 2 - 14 days to arrive.
Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your checkout details.

International Orders

All International parcels are delivered via Australia Post Economy Air-mail.
Delivery may take between 10 - 30 days to arrive.

Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming checkout information.

Please note that items of value shipped international may incur additional customs charges. These charges are payable by the customer and not by Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories. (Please check with your customs office for details).

Privacy & Security

We do not sell, or give away your personal information. We will not send you emails advertising new products, newsletters or special offers unless you have asked to have these sent to you.

We will not contact you via, email, phone, or mail unless it is regarding your currant purchase made at Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories. If persons or business has contacted you saying we forwarded your information to them, please be assured your information was not sent to anyone by Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories.

Returns & Replacements

Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories are happy to replace any faulty or damaged items.

Replacements:

If an item/s arrive damaged at their destination, then Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories will gladly send a replacement part/s or item/s. Within 7 days of receipt of parcel, E-mail bargainbikebits@gmail.com. explaining the nature how the damage occurred. If possible, please send a picture of the damaged item/s. Please include your user name or user number.

Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories will then contact you with a date of delivery for your replacement item/s. We may ask for the damaged part/s or item/s to be returned to us. If this is the case, then we will pay for all postage charges to send the damaged part/s or item/s back to Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories. We will pay for postage to have a replacement sent to you.

Refunds:

If a damaged item/s is returned to Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories in its original packaging, then we will gladly refund the full purchase amount of the item/s, excluding any postage/delivery charges.

Within 7 days of receipt of parcel, E-mail bargainbikebits@gmail.com & explain the nature of the damaged occurred.

Send the item/s, in the original packaging, along with receipt, to Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories. Our address will be supplied in e-mail. We will refund the full purchase price, excluding any postage/delivery charges.

Lost goods:

This only applies to registered/insured parcels. Uninsured parcels cannot claim against loss of parcels) If an item/s does not arrive at your destination within the allocated delivery time frames, stated on our delivery page or in your delivery e-mail, then please follow these instructions:

Email us all the details of your order at bargainbikebits@gmail.com

Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories will then track your item through Australia post. If Australia post finds your item then that will be re-sent to you at no extra charge. If Australia post is unable to find your purchases, then replacement items will be sent to you at no extra charge. Please allow 14 - 60 days for this process to be completed.

Not happy with your order

Bargain Bike Bits & Accessories are happy to exchange or refund items due to customers not being 100% happy. Once purchased and you have received goods you have 7 days to email to let us know how we can help. We will refund or exchange once we have had contact with you and you have sent back goods. No shipping will be refunded in this case.
